It’s post playoffs, and you’re exhausted from the grueling run your team just had. Your team was so close to winning it all, but fell short. That’s okay though, cause summer time is when you can re-energize, and practice some more technique. Resilience is so key at this time. It’s not how you finished, it is how to take what happened and move forward. Use that energy and the lesson to motivate yourself for the next season. See it as a Time To Focus, to work on making yourself the best player you can be, but don’t forget to just enjoy the ride and the game of hockey!
